Amended Order for CapX 2020 CoN Hearing
The new schedule is out for the CapX 2020 Transmission Project Certificate of Need hearings. There’s been some extension of time for Intervenors to submit testimony, now May 23, 208 (an extra week), and the evidentiary hearing has been pushed back too.
