Once again, MOES has said they can’t get the Final EIS done, and now they’ve asked for additional time, so I fired off a missive asking for an extension of the public comment time as well.\u00c2\u00a0 Got it!\u00c2\u00a0 Whew, but that’s something that’s pretty obvious.<\/p>\n
