Update on the Subpoena Requests filed by NoCapX 2020 and United Citizens Action Network in the Brookings-Hampton remand docket (08-1474).\u00c2\u00a0 There’s been a flurry of activity.<\/p>\n
First, yesterday morning I had a chat with Dave Seykora, who noted that he wold be present at the hearings and that the DOT would fight a subpoena (not that one has been served, it’s only been requested thus far).\u00c2\u00a0 He convinced me that he’d be able to get the testimony I’m looking for in the record, and I withdrew that subpoena request:<\/p>\n
