This segment of the La Crosse Project will be approximately 40 to 50 miles long and will be constructed using a double circuit compatible configuration.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nocapx2020.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/hamptonsub.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-2984\" title=\"hamptonsub\" src=\"https:\/\/nocapx2020.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/hamptonsub-300x258.jpg\" alt=\"hamptonsub\" width=\"300\" height=\"258\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nocapx2020.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/hamptonsub-300x258.jpg 300w, https:\/\/nocapx2020.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/hamptonsub.jpg 604w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Once more with feeling &#8211; please take a look at this and tell me where you see the Prairie Island-Blue Lake line (that green line with dots, right below &#8220;33&#8221;) connecting to the substation!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">It&#8217;s been filed with the identical language in SD and MN:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><\/strong><strong><a href=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/sdratefiling-hampton-prairieisland-bluelake.pdf\">SD Rate Filing &#8211;
