NOOOOOOO!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This happened before, in October extending to December, and when I caught it, we were NOT notified, and caught it AFTER the top secret comment period had ended, I reasonably requested that it be extended:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a href=\"https:\/\/nocapx2020.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/request4extension.pdf\">Request for Extension &#8211; January 20, 2011<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>and was it extended?\u00c2\u00a0 NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what was changed last time around in October?
