he may be back in the news!\u00c2\u00a0 CapX 2020 route proposals are roaring through Kenyon and could be going over his land!\u00c2\u00a0 No&#8230; drat&#8230; it misses him by about half a mile to the east and the same to the south&#8230;\u00c2\u00a0 But remember, we have him to thank for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revisor.leg.state.mn.us\/laws\/?year=2005&amp;type=0&amp;keyword_type=all&amp;keyword=transmission&amp;doctype=Chapter&amp;id=97\">2005 Transmission Omnibus Bill from Hell (Ch. 97) <\/a>that changed transmission criteria, gave them rate recovery for &#8220;Construction in Progress&#8221; and authorized &#8220;transmission only&#8221; companies, a la Xcel&#8217;s failed TRANSLink.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE PROPOSED CAPX 2020 ROUTES HAVE BEEN REVEALED<\/strong>, and they&#8217;ve started dog &amp; pony shows around the state.\u00c2\u00a0 They say on some of the maps, &#8220;Please do not reproduce or repost these maps without permission from the CapX 2020 utilities.&#8221;\u00c2\u00a0 Uh-huh&#8230;
