BS II down in flames?!?!? <\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Given the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bigstoneii.com\">Big Stone II <\/a>plant&#8217;s role in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.capx2020.com\">CapX 2020<\/a> transmission in the Southwest part of MN, what does this mean for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.capx2020.com\">CapX 2020<\/a>?  Could GRE, a co-proponent of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.capx2020.com\">CapX 2020<\/a>, pull out of CapX too???
