What they’re saying is that as with Xcel Energy, ATC is not playing well with others.\u00c2\u00a0 ATC has Xcel on the western side looking for 1\/2 of Badger Coulee, and now ITC is on the East (or south, depending on your perspective, the eastern terminus) looking for their piece of the pie.<\/p>\n
