Isn’t that a depressing sight?\u00c2\u00a0 This is the Hampton substation, on Hwy. 52 just north of Hwy. 50.\u00c2\u00a0 It’s where CapX Hampton-La Crosse connects into the Prairie Island line, or vice versa…\u00c2\u00a0 They’re putting up the big poles heading in from the west, it’s happening right now (these are a couple of weeks old, I’ve been sick as a dog and not going anywhere lately).<\/p>\n
