Construction is expected to begin this winter with lines being in service by June 2016.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.southernminn.com\/le_sueur_news_herald\/news\/article_9ec0909c-388d-5cca-93b1-f0a5a7239476.html\">The purpose of the new transmission project is to improve service to the electric customers in the Le Sueur area.
