This is that odd notion of a tie between SW Minnesota, i.e., Buff Ridge, and the Sherco substation, essentially going backwards. Does this make any sense???<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ROAD SHOW! Two weeks with two days in the first, Feb. 21 &amp; 23, and 4 days the next week, Monday \u2013 Thursday!
