He said the area is congested, and then:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em><strong>This 2nd line will relieve that congestion<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<cite>OK&#8230; but look what&#8217;s lined up at the PUC, SO FAR, and there WILL be more<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>THIS PROJECT &#8211; Brookings to Lyon Co. &amp; Helena to Hampton, CN-23-200 &amp; TL-08-1474<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Big Stone to Alexandria to Big Oaks, <strong>LRPT2<\/strong>, CN-22-538 and TL-23-159 (routing using existing easements open, but new greenfield route not applied for yet).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wilmarth to North Rochester to Tremval, WI, <strong>LRPT 4<\/strong>, CN-22-532 (on hold, maybe 1st Q 2024) Requires reroute of Dairyland 161kV CN-23-504<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lyon Co. to Sherco &#8211; CN-22-131 and TL-22-132 &#8211;  Xcel&#8217;s Radial Line to preserve &#8220;valuable interconnection rights.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This one his beyond likely to be permitted, but the issue is, with all this transission, and Xcel saying this 2nd circut on this line &#8220;will relieve that conestion,&#8221; what to we need all those other projects for?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hmmmmmm&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well, that sure was a bust.
