I checked with OAH yesterday, and there’s no official briefing schedule yet.  Informally, we’d talked about it, with deadlines way off in the future.  The schedule proposed by Xcel, without significant objections:

Applicants brief and proposed findings 10/24 Friday
Intervenors brief and findings – November 26 Thursday
Replies – January 16th
Recommendation – February mid?
Exceptions 15 days after – March 1?

I’ll post the schedule when it’s official.
