Notes from DEIS Meetings along Fargo-St. Cloud route
The turnout has been disappointing thus far for the DEIS meetings (not hearings!) being held this week along the Fargo-St. Cloud CapX 2020 route.  But tonight’s crowd is bigger, YEAAAAA…
For those wondering where those big maps are that they’re using, don’t worry, you’re not missing something, they’re not in the docket yet, but they are on the Capx 2020 site:
