Hello Judge Richard C. Luis. I wish there is a way to end the entire power line route mess. I know it’s comming and there isn’t anything I can do to stop it. Please see that if there is a way to run most of the line on state or county corridors so it would reduce the number of affected land owners. If nothing at all , please see we are treated fairly. Please I implore you. We live on County Road 2 (preferred route–as stated previously). Please NO CapX2020.
I am deeply concerned about the health/cancer factor for all of us. There are numerous families living along the road. Within our mile, there are at least a dozen homes along the highway, two of which are practically on top of the road. From Highway 13 to the City of New Market, there are at least 8 developments with families living along this road.
Much less important then the health factor, but also important is the fact that the property value will be nil.
If it is that necessary to do this, please put these electrical power lines in a less populated area. The Tupys
