I’m trying to figure out which is the latest route that the ALJ is recommending? Back in late summer, early fall I attended a meeting at the MN Public Utilities Commission. They have the proposed route, the alternate route and a few others. It’s confusing to actually know which route they are talking about. Can you tell me which is the route being proposed most recently?
