The deadline for Public Comments is at 4:30 p.m. on September 26, 2008, a week after the hearing is expected to end. Comments must be RECEIVED by that time.

Clearly label your Comments as a “Comment on Need for CapX 2020” and i strongly recommend that you:

1) use an Affidavit format, a statement under oath (see attached)

2) attach relevant exhibits relating to need for the line that support your comments
